This turned out much better than I had hope for.
Put 1/2 inch of water in the bottom of a crock pot then stir in 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar.
Slice a cabbage into 1/4s or 1/8s and place them in the crock pot flat side down.
Slice an onion into large pieces and put it in the crock pot.
Set the crock pot on high and let it cook for 2 hours. Wow this is so good.
