So Sweet Squash Pickles

These are very very good and a nice way to use up summer squash, zucchini, sweet, pepppers, onions, etc.

Looks great! I think I'll have to try this one as a fridge pickle. The produce shop less than a block away has some beautiful yellow squash and red bells in right now. :)
