Fizzy Fruit Juice

I'm curious if anyone has experience with sparkling ciders / juices. Ginger ale.

With my home grown fruit, I'd like to make a less sweet / syrupy juice the stores offer.

I picked up a Cornelius keg. I still need the gauges and CO2 bottle. I'm hoping it's as simple as filling with liquid and applying the CO2.

Not homemade. But when my son was young we frequently made "juice pop," which was commercial orange or other fruit juice, the 100% juice kind, mixed 50:50 with club soda. No sweeteners and we both thought it was really good. Turned orange or orange-pineapple or whatever juice into a refreshing, fizzy, summer drink.

Yes, That's the general idea, but I'm hoping not to purchase any of the ingredients.

Ozark Lady was experimenting with kefir a while back. I wonder if she's still around?

Did you ever get this going? Soda Stream fizzes juice! And tea... That was weird, thought. It carbonates anything! ( Even wine!!! That was great fun!)
