Home Made Garden Enchilada Sauce

Sauce

Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a medium hot skillet. Add the cumin stir for 30 seconds add all the spices. Stir until you smell the spices. Add 2 cups of water and stir well.

Enchiladas.

Boil 1 lb of ground beef in 1 quart of water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Crumble the meat into the water. Cook 15 minutes then pour off the water and stir in 1/2 cup of sliced and dices onion. Stir well.

Fill corn shells and roll them on the plate. Pour enchilade sauce over the enchiladas, top with cheese and lettuce.

Enjoy.

SAUCE
2 cup water
2 cloves garlic diced
1 tsp cumin
2 T chili powder mild or medium
2 T oil
1/2 tsp salt

Add more chili powder and or red chili powder to suite your taste.
