How long can you wait before freezing fresh green beans?
I picked a ton of green beans last Mon, Tue and Wed, and now it's Sunday - almost a week. My plan was to blanch them and use my brand new food saver on them and freeze them, but haven't had a chance yet. I have the day off tomorrow and can do it then. Will it be too late? They have been in the fridge all week.
