Don't have this particular book but I looked it up and it sounds like small amounts of things???

I have several canning books and find many now only give recipes for small amounts of canning-ie.2-3 pints or half-pints, when I can here at the farm it is a lot,7 pints or quarts at a time so I always have to multiply the recipes.
Some of the newer recipes though do replicate "gourmet foods" and that is nice when you want to can treats, specialty jams and such.
Was curious though if you found it helpful since I can get it through our local library to try.
