I ahve noticed that my radishes, beets, and carrots wilt pretty fast. I have bought this same produce at the store and can keep it in my fridge sometimes for a few weeks. Maybe it's because they spray it with something to last longer, but I also buy organic too and they last a pretty good while.
I stuck a carrot and beet into a tall cup with water. But why can't I just put it into the fridge and have it last for awhile like store produce? I have lost some radishes in like 2 days, they get all shriveled up.
