Yellow pear tomato canning recipes?

I have a PLETHORA of yellow pear tomatoes this year. I just came back from a week vacation and probably picked 3-4 pounds of them. Problem is, it's just my wife and I and there is NO way we are going to eat that many tomatoes in salads or whatever. I've even given some gallon size freezer bags away to people.

So, I guess my question is does anyone have any recipes to can them? I could sure use some help!!!

You could process them and make relish out of them as if they were red tomatoes and then can. They will be less acid and therefore not have the punch the red ones do. My granny used to mash them a little in a pan and cook them. Then run through a ricer type thing to get juice and then can it in pints or 1/2 pints. Basically, anything you do will be a lot of work when using such small tomatoes. Our neighbor just freezes them and then adds them to salad in the winter just about 5 minutes before serving, claims they taste just like fresh. Never have tried that myself.

I like to make them into a sauce for pasta.
