Strawberry Pretzel Salad
2 cups of crushed pretzels
1/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of butter
Press on bottom of 9x12 greased baking dish. Bake 8 min at 400 degrees, cool (if not when you put filling on it will melt it and not turn out right).
1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup of sugar
Fold in 8oz of cool whip, spread on pretzel base, chill (I usually chill for about 1/2 hour)
2-6oz packages of strawberry jello dissolve in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water add 1 1/2 cups of cold water mix in 2 - 10 oz frozen strawberries spread over filling and chill.
Note - If filling isn't chilled completely and you put topping on it will not set right.
