Kohlrabi cole slaw!

One of my favorite plants to grow and eat raw is kahlrabi! I always thought it would be good mixed in cole slaw but now I find out they actually make a cole slaw with all kohlrabi! Has anyone eaten it before?

No, but I bet it's good eats! I'll have to do a search for that.

grated kohlrabi makes a good saueruben/sauerkruat style ferment, too.

Made some kohlrabi slaw this past week from two 3 inch kohlrabi. It tasted pretty close to cabbage but a little sweeter. I will try the purple ones next time. Mixed some carrots in with it. I also like to mix some peppers in also. Anyone have any special slaw dressings?
