WANTED...Greek/Arabian salad dressing recipe

Hey everyone! I've searched the web for a recipe for a Greek or Arabian salad dressing. there are many out there. I am looking for one that tastes like what is served in restaurants on an Arabian salad. I have made a few but they just don't tast like what I've had at a restaurant. I know for a fact that the herb ingredient is mint. Does anyone have any suggestions or have a great recipe? thanks!

Minced fresh mint leaves, Minced fresh parseley, white vinegar, grapeseed oil, crushed garlic.
