Roasted peppers on bread

I was looking up roasting peppers and found 2 separate guys (Italians) on you tube that were roasting peppers and than putting them on good bread.

They both cooked like me so measurements aren't used too much.

But they used sweet peppers roasted set aside in a bowl, than added salt, pepper oregano and browned garlic to the bowl with about a 1/4 cup of olive oil. I tried it today but with mainly poblano's (yeah I know not exactly a sweet pepper) and it was pretty dang good on just wheat toast that was buttered. Next time I have a bunch of sweet peepers I will try again but on a good loaf of bread this time.

Sorry not a very good recipe if you even want to call it that. But I liked it and it would be way better done with the right peppers and bread and maybe some Parmesan.

I tried to find the videos for you guy's to see but I just can't find them now. Sorry.

Alright after MUCH searching I found this guy again.

He had a pretty simple and very tasty way of roasting peppers.

Enjoy
