Swedish Meatball Sauce - Easy

Prepare meatballs as normal, or buy pre-made if you prefer (1" works best). Approximately 1 1/2 lb meatballs works well with the mixture below.

In saucepan, mix 1 bottle chili sauce & 2 bottles currant jelly (strawberry works, too). Simmer & stir until mixture becomes creamy.

Pour over meatballs, & either bake or cook on the stovetop. Sauce should cover the meatballs. Simmer or bake on med-high until heated through & ready to serve.

Serve over noodles or as appetizer.

That sounds good.
Add a tossed green salad and some homemade bread. And have a feast.

I love my bread machine, set it and at a certain time, out pops a loaf of bread.

This could be a fantastic meal, and pretty fast for hurried days.
