book club question

is the book club something one officially joins,or just read the book and comment?

Read and comment. The comments were divided by chapter, so find the comments for whichever chapter you've finished (the book *can* be read front to back, but it can also be read randomly), see what they say and how/whether you'd like to respond.

Just add on to the thread; the more, the merrier! :D

thanks. I'll probably wait for next book, since this one's been going on for a while. I know this is not a gardening book, but has anyone read "Last Child in the Woods"? Great book about human connection to natlure.

Don't wait for the next book --I mean join in for the next book, but do read these first two books we've discussed. And we'd love to hear your thoughts. :wink:

Yes, it's about Nature Deficiency Syndrome, something that sounds made up, but from my experience teaching, does exist.
