Dealing with heat

It's been a battle we have had temperatures of 41deg C. That's over 105deg F. here and I have lost some plants. My system is under shade cloth but it is still too hot. I have been going down there with a spray and spraying water on the plants and shade cloth to cool things down. Even around midnight still hot. I have also changed the watering timing and increased watering during the hottest part of the day. My next problem could be roots rotting off as the water temperature is higher. Expecting weather to change tomorrow mean while I will battle on.
