Barrina 4’, LED 20W, 6,500k shop lights for Hydroponic Garden?

Hello all! I’m planning on starting an indoor hydroponic garden. I live in the mountains of northern Pa and want to avoid feeding the wildlife and grow year round. Looking to make a multi-rail NFT system for starting (from seed mostly) and growing leafy greens, strawberries, blueberries and a few spices. Also plan on a DWC system (buckets) fed by the same nutrient reservoir, to grow tomatoes and cucumbers. So I am wondering if Barrina 4’, LED 20W, 6,500k shop lights will be good for the lighting. I understand I have to use enough of them to achieve about 2,500 lumens per square foot. And should I use different (warmer) lights for the flowering Plants? I’m looking to keep costs down but yield up. There is so much information out there and not all of it saying the same things. Thanks in advance for any help, on any aspects of this process!
