Indoor Small farm

Good afternoon everyone.

I am a student from Romania that have been testing different solutions to a small indoor hydroponics farm. The issue is that I did not really have a good success with it. I have not found information regarding the nutrients that aromatic and greens plants need to efficiently grow in this kind of setup. Can someone redirect me to some sort of nutrients tables or a good book that I could read where I could learn what type of nutrients these plants need?

Thank you very much

Hello.
I have included some articles below on hydroponic systems and nutrient solutions.
You can do indoor hydroponics with the right light set up, tank aeration, and nutrient solution.
However, it is best to use a commercial hydroponic solution designed for the specific crop you are growing. If you are a chemist, you can mix your own. You will also need an ec meter to test the pH.

Kratky systems do not require a pump, but work better with an aerator. They use master blend nutrients. You need to get the nutrient specific to the needs of the plant you are growing. You should only grow one kind of plant in a system. For a short crop like lettuce, you should be able to harvest the lettuce without having to change the solution. The nutrient solution will evaporate, and leave an air gap, but the roots should remain in contact with the solution enough to complete the cycle. It is better to start the seedlings in oasis foam rather than in soil. The roots will grow through the foam grow cubes. If you grow them in a soil mix, the roots will not be water roots and they will most likely rot. We used a tilted tray and pumped nutrient solution into the tray of grow cubes that would keep the media moist and the plants grew the right kind of roots.
