Recipes and suppliers for nutrient chemicals

I'm contemplating the production of my own nutrients rather than pay for expensive pre-mixed bottles. Does anybody have a proven recipe for a tomato, cucumber and eggplant mix, at grow, flower and fruit stages, and can anybody advise of a chemical supplier in Melbourne?

10 grams Calcium Nitrate Fertilizer 15.5-0-0

This is what I use too. I bought it off the ebay and usually mix it up a few gallons at a time to do our down spout setup. Arugula, bok choy, tomato. lettuce and strawberry so far.
