Strawberry Hydroponics White Fuzz At Crown Issue

My first run at a hydroponics setup growing strawberries (Everbearing Ozark Beauty Strawberry Plants). I've got 2 bins going with 16 total plants. I ordered bare root plants from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00U2 ... UTF8&psc=1). I'm getting white fuzz on the crown (pictures below) on Day 6. There has also been virtually zero plant growth so far.
