Nute help please thanks

I'm new to this forum and hydroponics and don't think this goes here...but here we go... So I have a dwc with 8, 1 month old plants I use maxigrow and have maxibllom for that time... But the guy at the hydro store said to start with .5 teaspoons per gallon of water... My plants are doing great and I change the water every 1.5 weeks ... My question is when do I up the dose of nutes? It says on the bag 1-2teaspoons per gallon. My current plants are doing great on the current mix no problems what so ever... But I don't know if I'm under feeding them, if they need/could use more....I know these plants may not mix but I have one squash, one cucumber, two green bean, other 4 are different lettuce. Like I said this is my first time and these are just seeds I had left from outdoor garden. But as I said they are doing great almost double the size of outside plants. Thanks in advance for any help.

You may be ok with what you are doing now, but it usually is not a good idea to mix plants in the same system. They will take up nutrients differently and that can cause issues. It is especially a problem because some plants will grow faster and take up the solution faster than others and some use more of one nutrient than others.

Plants will grow faster in an aquaponic or hydroponic system. You will have to do the pH testing daily and adjust the mix as it goes. The condition of the roots and the rate of growth of the plants will tell you if they need more.
