Drip Vs DWC

Hi everyone,
I was wondering which system is more economical & efficient in terms of saving nutrients and speeding up harvest?

Anyone there who can share their experience?

And I've never done drip hydroponics, so I was wondering how much water should I feed my cilantro and tomato plants if I drip 5- 6 times a day at 2 minute intervals?

Drip tends to be less nutrient intensive. Since you're not filling 5 gallon buckets with nutrient solution and then changing it out every 1 or 2 weeks, but rather dripping continuously from a rez, it saves you on the nutrient cost over the long term.

This is from what I've read at least. I'm currently doing DWC and contemplating making either a drip system or going with a recirculating DWC system.
