Hydro Cayenne peppers

I am really stoked growing cayenne peppers in my hydro drip system , these monsters are averaging 20cm long and at the green stage are very mild, so much like eating a capsicum, I understand that when they go red they will have a little more heat.

I don't know. Sometimes you get peppers that aren't that hot, but usually it is because peppers like tomatoes will concentrate their flavors better if they are kept on the dry side.

I agree, am waiting till they wilt a little and then ,start the drip, which is on a timer so I have found out that growing outdoors in a temperature this week in the mid 30's C. and very humid that I am using 15 minutes on and 3/4 hour off just enough time for them to get thirsty again.
