Micro-Greens business license?

Good afternoon forum,

I'm not entirely sure my post fits in any one particular category since it overlaps so many. My question is this, I have a hydroponic micro-green grow operation. I averaging about 40-50 lbs of greens per month depending on the variety grown. After much experimentation and data logging I have come up with a perfect system. I am now ready to begin selling the greens to businesses. While many restaurants are interested I am hesitant to do much more than procrastinate deals for lack of understanding how distribution and or licenses work.

To begin selling to companies/restaurants what documentation or licenses must I acquire? I live in Florida.

Any input is greatly appreciated

You need to find out the requirements from your state.
You probably need a business license and may have to have your operation inspected and approved by dept of Health. You may have some food handling and safety classes that may be required.
If you are working from a home business, you may or may not be required to be zoned for it.
Selling the greens whole has different requirements from selling greens washed and prepped. The latter having more stringent controls about where and how you process, and storage requirements
