Mixing Epsom Salts

Can any one let me know the dilution rates for Epsom salts , I I intend to use as a foliar spray on my tomatoes, as I do not want to add to my reservoir as I feel it may put all my nutrients out of whack.

I use one tablespoon per gallon. It only needs to be given once .

Ha ha I mixed up the Epsom Salts ready to use , and now we have a huge storm with up to 100mm of rain per hour and 95 klm wind gusts.
Our Cyclone season I think you call them (Hurricanes)officially ended today the 1st May , but we have one off the coast of Western Australia, and us living on the East Coast are also having a beauty right now, even though not cyclonic still severe.
Thank heavens even though I have my hydroponics outside under my second story deck , they will be getting their share of wind and rain, so I will have to wait until Sunday to use the Epsom Salts, which is supposed to be much milder weather back to about 26C.
It feels like winter right now at 17C Daytime 4.20pm , which is even way below our winter temperature.
