Ok to Use Water Soluble Fertilizer in Vegetable Hydroponics?

Found some water soluble fertilizer which has three forms of nitrogen
am I able to use on hydroponic tomatoes etc its got 19% nitrogen from 3 sources: Nitric 5.5% ammoniacial 3.8% ureic 9.7%,

I know there is conflicting ideas regarding soil fertilizer in hydro, but I know Chempak used to make hydroponic fertiliser. not willing to pay through the nose. thanks for reading my rabble

Does it have the other things that hydro plants need that soil generally provides? Calcium, iron, etc etc?

I'm thinking no, so you'd need to add those or you will have weird problems.
