Question about voltage.

Found an easy way to supplement warm light for flowering vegetables in an indoor garden (my tomato has stopped flowering after about 20 flowers). Get a Hanging Lantern Cord from amazon for $5.75, a Twin Light socket adaptor for $4.08, and two 18w 2700K CFL bulbs each for $3.88. $17.59 for 2200 lumens of flowering light, not bad!
One question though, with Twin Light Socket Adaptor, it says it's "15 amps; 660 watts; 250 volts; medium base". Now, the Cord and the Bulbs are 120V, is that an issue?

I'm running a 200w hydrofarm CFL.
