Hydroponic problems

Hey guys
I built an eb and flow garden for my lounge a few months ago and planted some capsicums and a jalapeno plant in them and they been growing for about 3 months now.
But over the last month and a bit the seem to be getting really unhealthy and I can't figure out whey
I unfotunately can't afford the meters to measure the ph levels or cf levels just yet So thought I'd see if any experience growers can immediately spot what might be wrong
I change the water every two weeks, and its a 20-20-20 mix
I've attatched some photos
cheers

What kind of light setup and duration?

Could it be something other than the hydro setup or nutes?

There are some reasonable priced ph strips on amazon. It comes in a 15 meter roll for about $15. I would highly recomend doing some ph testing. Also, you could try changing out the nurtrient solution if you havn't already. I,m new to hydroponics also, but having a blast. Good luck and keep trying.
