Mosquitos

Hi everyone, I'm so glad I found this site. Normally ponds have Koi and Goldfish but for those ponders who prefer the beauty of the pond without the bother with the fish can get some rosey reds which survive the winter, depending on how deep the pond is, and are very inexpensive. I keep containers around the hose and fish out the mosquito larvae so that I can feed them to my Koi fry.

Yeah my fish love mosquito and other bug larvae. I was thinking about setting up some plastic bins outdoors to farm more larvae but gave up on the idea. I keep other tiny critters in bins though like daphnia and scuds. The fish love them.
