Indoor humidity levels

Wondering what an acceptable humidity range is, on average, when growing trees indoors.

Different factors come into the equation. Where you live, whether you are heating your home in Winter, air conditioning in Summer, what kind of plants your are growing indoors.

Generally - a minimum of 50% is OK. I live in a cold place and have to heat the house in Winter. Without a humidifier it would naturally drop to 35% or so depending on the weather/temp outside. My humidifier bring it back up to 50% plus I keep humidity trays filled with water on racks beneath the shelves holding the plants. AND I spray/mist several times a day.
