Bonsai Care Book
I am trying to get the widely-advertised book by Erik Olsen, titled "Bonsai Gardening Secrets: Insider Secrets to Creating Beautiful Bonsai". HOWEVER, all I can find is the e-book version, whereas I want the physical book, be it hardback or paperback. Can anyone tell me WHERE/HOW to find it, please (or a seller/shop)?

I don't know much about this grower or his E-book but it looks like it is just that, An E-book. A quick search leads me to believe that no hard copy exists. Beware of anyone offering secrets or shortcuts to bonsai, I certainly am. There are numerous books available that offer sound advice on the subject.
