I need help with my bonsai

I don't know what is going on with my bonsai is a juniper.
some branches are changing its color and its quite hard and there are not easy to remove on the other side of the tree it looks healthy can you help me please

Since you posted in the indoor section I am assuming that you are keeping this plant inside. Is this correct? Junipers are not an appropriate species for indoor culture although sometimes they are marketed as such to unsuspecting novices, these almost exclusivley fail.

Do any native or landscape Junipers grow in your area? If so you should be able to keep one as a bonsai but inside is nearly always a death sentence for them.

It sounds like at least part of your plant is dead. Once Junipers get crispy they don't often recover.
