Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm not a bonsai person, but until one comes along, here's a couple threads where there was some good discussion of ficus:

I have a full size, not bonsai'd, ficus, and I know they are pretty prone to dropping their leaves like that, when they get moved or their situation changes. Doesn't mean that the tree is dead.
Twitter account I manage for local Sierra Club: https://twitter.com/CherokeeGroupSC Facebook page I manage for them: https://www.facebook.com/groups/65310596576/ Come and find me and lots of great information, inspiration

Frank,

Can you please give us some more information?

What do you mean by spraying? Is that your primary mechanism for watering or is that extra? I assume you mean water, correct?

In the meantime, look here for basic watering tips. Watering is often the source of difficulties.
