Can someone give me some suggestions on how to get this type of tree t back bud. I have a nice older tree that is kept under fluorescent lighting and only the top of the branches have regular growth. There are many older branches that I pruned in hopes of getting them to back bud but I only see one bud growing currently off old wood.
Fertilizer? Defoliation? etc???
