Mystery plant sprouting everywhere (New better pics)

I have a mystery sprouting all over. It's in my garden beds, though these pictures are actually from my porch steps (closer to the computer). Those are sunflower seeds from my bird feeder around them, but I've seen the sunflover sprouts and I don't think they look like that, unless they change from the early sprouts!

Anybody recognise?

Here are better pictures, of a bigger specimen I pulled out of my squash.

Ugh. It does look like it, doesn't it? I hope not, as it's listed as toxic to horses.

The thinkg that gives me hope that it's not pigweed is that my whatevers are smooth, no hairs anywhere. I also don't think the leaves ever had any notches at the tips. But the overall looks is there, isn't it?

Hmmm.
