2023 veggie garden

The garden went crazy while we were gone on a one week trip. I tossed a couple of the largest zucchini.

Absolutely. For dinner we had sautéed zucchini, tomatoes, pasta served with sides of green beans, and tzatziki. All veggie ingredients were home grown. That always feels special. (Yogurt was also home cultured, which we really love much better than store bought.) For desert, smoothie made with the fresh berries, homemade yogurt, blended with Breyer’s vanilla ice cream. Just lightly sweet but highly delicious! From the garden: zucchini, tomato, cucumber, green beans, garlic, onion, strawberries, blue berries.
