Raised Beds.

I thought there was a place just for raised beds but I don't see it?

Lots of people out of work trying to make extra money. Market place is full of many kinds of raised beds & seed starting beds. 1 of these seeds starters beds gave me an idea so I thought maybe pictures might give someone else ideas too. There are lots of free lumber across the street at the construction sites, trash dumpsters are full. There is suddenly a big interest in gardening around here.

Lots of good ideas here.

Gary, Thanks for all the raised bed photos. We can always gain something by seeing how others have solved problems.

Yes. I have gained some tips, I might be able to adapt to use at home. I would have to improve my carpentry skills a lot.

Rock Raised bed, you can also use Bricks, Pavers, Cinder Blocks (cement)

Sometimes a few embellishments and a bit of Stain make a project pop!

Not Raised beds but may give someone ideas, you can use fabric pots in a kiddie pool, rabbit hutch liner ar anything that will hold a few inches of water.

Small raised bed, this can be made with free pallets. Folks in my neighborhood are always throwing out scrap wood, some used, some new.

For those looking for a free raised bed, start looking around trash night in your area for old coolers, toyboxes, deck boxes, etc.
These can also easily be made into wicking beds (earthbox).

(not a raised but but just an example) I made one from an old igloo tool box, that worked great this year.
