Eggplant Leaves look odd

This is a Rosita and a Rosa Bianca, the plants look healthy but the leaves are very odd.
Any idea whats going on? Spider mites?

Try looking closer at those black dots. If they can be discerned as two dots each then 2-spotted spidermites

— I think that ladybug larva would eat them unless it’s too big already. Find some babies or egg cluster To deploy junior patrol members to go after those little buggers.

— If you have seen some of those tiny yellow or light green Slug-like hoverfly maggots*, They are good for detail work like this, too.
