So I’ve started a small project container garden. The plants are still pretty small and seem to be growing pretty well. They are currently in promix and perlite 2:1. I’m starting to notice some funny spots on the leaves of all of my plants. Not sure if it could be fungal or due to the colder weather the pst couple weeks. I’ve been bringing the plants inside on nights that dip below 50. Anyway if you have any idea what’s going on from the photos I would love some advice.

I think you have to bring more nitrogen.

Low nitrogen makes plant leaves turn yellow. Your plant leaves look plenty green in some places. Have you gotten fertilizer or something else on plant leaves? Plant leaves look dry trying spraying them with water. Plants are good down to 40 degrees. Cilantro is good down to about 25 degrees F. What fertilizer are you using? Are you spraying anything on your plants? What do you see on the under side of the leaves?

Looks more like maybe thrips. It looks more like scarring than disease. Look under the leaves. Mites can also cause scarring. Thrips may be hard to see.

White flies, aphids, all like to hide under leaves. I don't usually recommend tomatoes as a beginner plant because they are heavy feeders, require a lot of space , have a lot of pest issues, need a good sized pot, and a stake or trellis. They are not carefree plants. You need to make sure you select the right variety for your location and plant at the right time.

Your pots look like 4 gallon egg cans. It is possible to grow tomatoes in a pot that size, but I like 18 gallon containers instead. I only want to water every one or two days. Smaller pots will require multiple times a day watering especially when the plants get large and the days get hotter. My tomato roots will still go into the ground even in 18 gallon pots. I have to check the leaves every time I water, feed the tomatoes regularly, and my indeterminate tomatoes will be over 8 ft tall and Charger will be about 4-5 ft tall so they need to be trellised. I have to deal with disease, insects, heat, and birds.

It is a good size pot for the peppers. I don't grow too many bell peppers. Corno di toro and other long sweet and hot peppers just have better yields for me. They are related to tomatoes so they will have the same issues. The leaf yellow spots, look like thrips as well.

The parsley looks better than mine. Parsley is not crazy about heat.

P.S. I just figured out the pictures are sideways because you are taking the pictures with your camera vertically oriented. You need to turn the camera. I still have not figured out which way yet. I do have a picture that came out upside down, so I still have not quite figured it out either. Rotating pictures afterward is a pain.
