Raspberry Jam

Walked out through the garden and lo, there are all these ripe raspberries. So found a bucket and picked raspberries, then in to make raspberry Jam. Got 21 half pints, they are in the cooker processing as I write this.

That does sound good. I can just see them served on toasted slices of your home made bread. :D

The beans must be upset. You chose to can the raspberries but not the beans. Favoritism. :-)

Maybe he should learn to make green bean Jam for, toast, biscuits & peanut butter sandwiches. .

... I HAD to find this and share. They do add green food coloring in this one. I don’t.

My wonder woman makes a suprb greengage jam ,never lasts long !

This morning 34 degrees on the thermometer. I walked out back to look at the squash. The squash vines not frozen. Unusual for this country. We usually get frozen out the first week of September. Sunshine and clear blue skies. E Sparrows and Eu Doves hitting the bird feeder. That is about it from this locale.
