Roma Flat Pod green beans anyone grow these?

My son said he has been buying Roma green beans at Farmers Market & putting them in Chinese stir fly. He wants me to grow some. I still have plenty of time to grow them. Seems like a better idea than growing peas in this hot weather.

Is anyone growing Roma flat pod green beans?

Anyone eating them in stir fly?

I wonder how flat pod beans compare to stir fry peas, flavor & cooking?

Roma is an Italian type bean with flat pods. Flat podded beans are preferred here. They stand up to cooking better without getting soggy. Round beans can well.
