Diseased tropical sourced bean seedlings - help?

These are gawar beans/gar gum beans from India — I’m growing them for the first time, and I noticed today that they look as though they have some kind of a disease.

Does anyone recognize the brown spotting? Is it something they can recover from? Is it contagious to other beans? Just a little to their left, there are 4 red noodle bean plants growing their true leaves. They would be sharing the same trellis.

... or should I cull them — most of them have it ... there maybe only 2 or 3 that are clear.

When seedlings get off to a bad start, it rarely gets better. I would cut my losses and get rid of them. If they had any seed borne disease you don't want that around to affect any other plants.
