Wilting Pepper Plants

My pepper plants, Pablano, Banana, Jalapeno are wilting. I bought them and planted some in the ground and others in flower pots. All are wilting. I was watering everyday thinking they need plenty of water. two are even turning yellow. Is it too much water or not enough that makes them wilt? Turn yellow? :(

I think you have been overwatering your plants. Only water the plants wheen they need water. Check the soil to see if it is damp, if it is; they don't need water.

Good luck!

Great Question! I have the same problem.

Is there anyway to save them if I have been overwatering?!?!

Well, as with all gardening the answer is; watch them, wait and see what happens. They should be okay but, like I say you'll have to wait and see.

Don't underwater them now; just stick your finger or a toothpick into the soil to see how damp in s. With the toothpick, if the soil does not stick, it's watering time
