Planting Before Storm

I have a bunch of cool weather crops I would like to get into the garden ASAP. I have tomorrow off so was planning to get them out there then BUT we are expected to have heavy rain and some wind on Friday and the weekend will be a little rainy. I have brussels sprouts and broccoli transplants I wanted to put out and then a few types of seeds I wanted to plant. Do you think the rain/wind will ruin them so soon after planting?

How well are they hardened to the outside and wind? It's not so much the rain but the wind and weight and pressure of the heavy rain that might beat them into the ground.

I would be inclined to plant.
