Heavy duty 1020 trays

Hey guys, I'm looking for some Heavy duty 1020 trays, I'm tied of the flimsy ones that need replacing every year.
I only need 4 so cost isn't a concern... Within reason of course.
Here is what I am looking at now.

What do you think?

If you really want heavy-duty, Perma-nest trays are the best as far as sturdy. They do cost a lot more though.

Other option is to double stack (nest) 2 regular ones for strength.

The permanest trays are good and sturdy but the 1020 trays are supposed to be used with daisy trays to support them especially if you are going to move them a lot. I have used other daisy trays instead of the 1020 that had smaller holes but those are hard to come by now.
If you are doing hydo longer trays are available. The propagation domes don't fit on the permanest tray so that should also be considered.

Amazon sells propagation kits which include the 1020 insert, dome, and tray. The tray has smaller holes so it can be used without the insert for some planting as well. The heavy plastic tray is also sold alone.

I have had the permanest now for about four years. Would not have anything else. I think I ordered like a dozen and got them for around $9 if I am remembering correctly.

They are handy for starting plants and then for picking maters.

The problem isn't that the tray break when moving, they aren't moved much, the problem is they split where the perforated lines are on the bottom and leak water from bottom watering.

I just need a decent tray to hold a little water for bottom watering my seed starts without leaking and it needs to accommodate the domes as well.
I think I'm gonna get a few of the thunder acres 1020's and give them a shot.

then the heavy duty 1020 trays without holes should work.

I use the 1020 trays for planting so I need to have the daisy trays with them to support the weight. I use the daisy trays by themselves for 3.5 inch pots, but I prefer the larger trays than the 1020. The garden tray from greenhouse megastore is larger than I want for carrying but it will hold 2 1020 trays and is good for bottom watering if you aren't going to move them much.

Loving my new trays, worth every penny and look nice too.

The only thing I noticed different about them is that the thermostat reading from this tray to the old one is near 2° difference.

Also the cell packs don't fit when using the lid, you need to mod a bit, but I do love them.
