What are these spots on my bean plants?

I've noticed that the leaves at the bottom of my pole bean plants have been turning yellow and dying, and they also have these spots all over them. Looks like maybe a fungus or something? Here's some pictures:

The rest of the plants' leaves look fine, and they're still growing up the trellis. It's just the big ones on the bottom are gradually getting these spots and dying. Any ideas?

Thanks.

I think it could be bean rust.
Usually occurs in warm wet weather when the beans are rather dense and do not dry out very well.
