Bush bean runners

How long do bush lima bean (butter beans) runners usually get? I think they called them Jackson Wonder at the store. These were planed five weeks ago and the runners are approaching 2.5 - 3 feet long. Hope they weren't mislabeled and really pole beans!

Re: Bush bean runners

I got a package of some variety of "bush bean" free one time, which I gave to a friend, since I only plant pole beans. But when she planted it she got 4' long "bushes"! So you just never know!

Re: Bush bean runners

Bush beans don't run! Haha! You better go find you some sturdy sticks and some string and start runnin em.

Every now and then I get a runner in with my bush beans!
