iffy spot to plant vegetables?

So my new gardening spot is right by the sewer line granted it about 6 ft down. But when I was digging I noticed white calcium deposits spotted in the dirt it didn't smell or nothing. Could be just from are water out here in bullhead city it's high in it. What don you guys think?

Any time you have any kind of line, sewer, electric, gas, etc, you will run the risk of it having to be dug up for some kind of work.

I don't think calcium deposits would be a problem.

Should not be a problem. Plant and enjoy.
