Potato Curing/ eating potatos from a plant that had blight
Hope you are all having successful gardens! I harvested the potatoes in the picture on Sunday. I put them in the fridge to cure them. a quick google search said cure in temps 45-60. I figured my fridge was in the 40's...
Do you have to cure them?
Also, these taters came from a plant I think has blight. (I think all mine do). Black spots on leaves and the yellow. The taters themselves look healthy to me, but I wanted to be sure they would be safe to eat. (taters are not green, I do know about eating green taters).
Thanks!!
