Is this a pumpkin zucchini and I'm in need of ways to cook t

I have never seen one of these and had no clue what it was. Friends told me it was pumpkin zucchini, is that what this is and how in the world do you cook it? I heard in breads?

About cooking that squash, if its young and tender you can slice it and fry it with an onion. If its large, cut it into chunks and bake it until tender. You can also peel it and cut the pieces to about 1 inch chunks and boil until tender, then mash it with a potato masher and make a pumpkin pie.
