Brussels Sprouts Single Digit Temps

So it looks like for at least a week after Monday we're going to have single digit lows. Will my Brussels sprouts handle it or should I pick them all?

Once thoroughly frozen I'd pick 'em. Makes 'em sweeter.

As tough and cabage-y as brussle sprouts are, once well frosted they get shop-worn and sad on future thawing.

Cover them they may last. I had some that grew all winter.
